Products & Availability
We offer taxidermy supplies, finished mounts, and related items. Due to the nature of these products:
- All items are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
- Many items are natural or handmade and may contain slight variations, imperfections, or unique characteristics.
Legal Compliance
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all purchases comply with their local, state, and federal laws.
By purchasing from our shop, you confirm that:
- You are legally permitted to own and receive the item(s).
- You understand and comply with all applicable wildlife regulations.
We are not responsible for items seized, delayed, or denied due to legal restrictions in your area.
Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.
Shipping
- Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item.
- Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Refund Policy.
- Items must be returned in original condition unless damaged during transit.
- Refund approval is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Customers must contact us within the specified timeframe (60 days) if there is an issue with their order.
Condition of Natural Materials
Due to the nature of taxidermy and biological materials:
- Items may exhibit natural wear, scars, asymmetry, or minor imperfections.
- These characteristics are not considered defects but part of the authenticity of the product.
- Proper care and storage after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Work & Commissions
- All custom or made-to-order items may require deposits and are subject to longer processing times.
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of completion.
- We reserve the right to decline custom requests at our discretion.
- We do not accept pet cats or dogs for taxidermy commissions or similar preservations.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Misuse of products
- Improper handling, storage, or display after delivery
- Legal issues arising from improper ownership or transport
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to an item when it is no longer in our hands.
All products are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated.

All images, branding, and content on this site are the property of the shop and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission from the copyright owner Sterling Fox Taxidermy LLC and associates.
