Refund policy

Items Under $200

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received by the customer. Refunds will be issued for the item cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders. In the event of a package lost in transit, these same terms apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise agreed.

Items Over $200

Returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. 

Items Over $500

Please note there is a $100 restocking fee that will be withheld from your refund for all premade taxidermy mounts and orders over $500 in value.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment details and shipping information are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect addresses.

Refund & Replacement Window

Refunds or replacements must be requested within 60 days of confirmed delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.

How Are Refunds processed?

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or converted into shop credit upon request only.
